DOE High School Proposal
Dear AMS IV Families,
The New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE) has recently issued a proposal to open and co-locate a new high school site of an existing multi-sited District 75 school, P.S. Q752 (75Q752), to be called P752@Q400, in Q400 beginning in the 2018-2019 school year.
Based on a projected increased need for District 75 seats across the borough, the District 75 Placement Office is seeking to increase its capacity to serve students who reside in Queens with the classification of autism, intellectual disability, or multiple disabilities on their Individualized Education Program (IEP). If this proposal is approved, the NYCDOE will open P752@Q400, beginning in the 2018-2019 school year. P752@Q400 will serve students with the above IEP classifications in grades 9-12.
