FREE CIVICS CLASSES FOR GREEN CARD HOLDERS AT THE NEW-YORK HISTORICAL SOCIETY

The Citizenship Project at N-YHS offers a free 32-hour course that prepares green card holders for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) naturalization test. Immigrants learn about American history by studying paintings, documents, and artifacts from our collections.

The program is designed for English Language Learners and covers all 100 questions from the civics portion of the test.

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6 – 7 pm

November 3 – December 1
Wednesdays and Fridays, 9 am – 1 pm

November 18 – December 9
Saturdays, 9 am – 5 pm
