AUGUST STAFF HIGHLIGHT: MS. ANALISA MEDINA

As a key member of the Family and Student Engagement Team, Ms. Medina has been instrumental in finding and fostering partnerships for AMS II. Over the last year, she has worked tirelessly in and out of CCR classes, to provide opportunities for our students to gain experience and exposure outside of the classroom, and hasn't let the summer slow her down. For those reasons and many more, Ms. Medina is our featured staff highlight of the month.

Girls Who Code

Girls Who Code

This summer, AMS II senior, Moamesee Foday participated in the Girls Who Code program at Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School. Girls Who Code is a nonprofit organization which aims to support and increase the number of women in computer science. The organization is working to close the gender gap in technology and change the image of what a programmer looks like and does.
